Focus: Brand guardianship, consistency at scale, visual standards

During my time at JCB, I held senior roles managing global brand licensing across corporate merchandise, workwear, safety apparel, and accessories. I was responsible for ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and commercial performance across international markets.

The role required close collaboration with design, marketing, legal, and external partners, as well as oversight of visual assets, photography, campaigns, and events. I also led sustainability initiatives across the Consumer Products division.

This experience underpins my strong understanding of brand standards, visual systems, and how brands scale without losing integrity.
